1. DEFINITIONS

  • 1.1PT Linknow Putella Digital or Linknau is a platform managing package deliveries across various expeditions.
  • 1.2Package is a document and/or item sent by the sender through Linknau.
  • 1.3Sender is a user of the Linknau platform for shipping goods or documents who is registered as a Linknau account owner.
  • 1.4Recipient is the party receiving the package from the Sender.
  • 1.5AWB (Airwaybill), hereinafter referred to as receipt, is the proof of Linknau shipping transaction.
  • 1.6Proof of Delivery (POD) is proof of package delivery signed by the Recipient when the package is received.
  • 1.7Prepaid (Cash basis) is a payment system for Linknau Package Services applicable at the beginning of Package Service provision.
  • 1.8Postpaid is a payment system applicable at the end of the month for each Shipping Provision.
  • 1.9Linknau Logistics Partner is Linknau's exclusive logistics partner cooperating with Linknau to perform Sender's Package delivery.

2. SHIPPING SERVICES

2.1All shipping services will be conducted based on the terms and conditions regulated in this Agreement and the Standard Operating Procedure applicable at Linknau.
2.2Linknau Services consist of:
  • Shipping services based on payment type: (i) prepaid payment (cashless/cash basis); and (ii) postpaid payment;
  • Shipping services based on delivery time: (i) standard delivery (according to SLA); and (ii) same-day delivery.
2.3Shipping services based on delivery time will be subject to distance, availability, and shipping facility support from Linknau Logistics Partners.
2.4Other provisions not regulated here will be regulated in a separate written agreement.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 3.1Senders must read, agree to, and accept the terms of service and privacy policy before using Linknau services.
  • 3.2The Sender agrees that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way connected with Linknau's terms of service will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the District Court [xxxxxxxx].
  • 3.3The Sender agrees that Linknau may change the terms of service which will be updated in the Terms and Conditions at the address [xxxxxxxxxxx] since such changes are published.
  • 3.4Senders are prohibited from using Linknau services for illegal purposes, unauthorized purposes, and violating the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Senders are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the use of the services.
  • 3.5The Sender acknowledges and agrees that the use of the services, including information sent and/or stored by Linknau, is governed by the privacy policy at [xxxxxxxxx].

4. SHIPPING OF GOODS

4.1The Sender must pack the package well to protect the contents during transport. If any loss arises due to imperfect packaging, such loss shall be the responsibility of the Sender.
  • 4.2The Sender is responsible for consequences caused by goods that do not match the description of the package contents and are stated on the Linknau receipt.
  • 4.3The Sender must state the price or value of the goods clearly and correctly. Incorrect information regarding this matter is entirely the responsibility of the Sender.
  • 4.4The weight used as a reference in billing is the actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. Rounding occurring after actual weighing or weight addition caused by additional packaging processes will be used by Linknau as a reference in billing based on the weight after re-weighing by the Linknau Logistics Partner.
  • 4.5If the weight or dimensions of the goods sent by the Sender differ from the actual weight or dimensions resulting in a change in shipping cost (increase in shipping cost), Linknau has the right to bill the shortage of shipping costs to the Sender.
  • 4.6Linknau reserves the right but is not obliged to inspect shipping packages at the request of the Linknau Logistics Partner to ensure that the packages sent do not violate applicable laws.
  • 4.7The Sender knows and understands that the types of goods that cannot be shipped by Linknau include Prohibited Goods, Extraordinary Goods, and Dangerous Goods.

Goods categorized as Prohibited Goods by Linknau are:

  • Money (coins, cash in rupiah and/or other foreign currencies).
  • Securities (checks, giro, bonds, shares, certificates, etc.).
  • Narcotics, marijuana, morphine, and other drugs or substances considered prohibited.
  • Alcohol and alcoholic beverages.
  • Gambling equipment, lottery tickets, or goods contrary to morality.
  • Sharp weapons, firearms including airsoft gun toys.
  • Liquids, unless properly packaged according to Linknau Logistics Partner standards. Liquids containing or categorized as Dangerous Goods must meet the Dangerous Goods shipping procedures contained in other special requirement clauses of the Linknau Logistics Partner.
  • Goods categorized under government supervision.
  • Electronic products weighing over 30 kg. Electronic products containing or categorized as Dangerous Goods must meet the Dangerous Goods shipping procedures contained in the special requirement clauses of the Linknau Logistics Partner.
  • Perishable goods or goods with a lifespan less than the estimated Shipping Transit Time.
  • Animals and plants.
  • Printed matter, recordings, or other goods contrary to moral values and capable of disturbing security stability and public order.
  • Goods in the dangerous, toxic category, and explosive or flammable chemicals.
  • Goods made of glass, ceramics, and brittle materials, unless packed according to Linknau Logistics Partner standards.
  • Parts of rare animals that are dead/preserved.
  • Human ashes and organs.
  • Waste

Goods categorized as Extraordinary Goods by Linknau:

  • Jewelry, meaning jewelry from real gems, real gems or gemstones (precious or semi-precious stones), crafted diamonds (cut and shaped), and jewelry made of precious metals.
  • Precious metals, including gold and silver bars or small units, platinum (except as an integral part of electronic equipment).
  • High-value commodities, such as swallow bird nests, animal fur, silk.
  • Art and antiques.
  • Stamps, liquor excise, tax stamps.

Types of Dangerous Goods prohibited via air

Referring to, but not limited to, Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 90 of 2013 concerning 'Safety of Transporting Dangerous Goods by Aircraft', which has been amended by Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 58 of 2016 concerning 'Amendment to Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 90 of 2013 concerning Safety of Transporting Dangerous Goods by Aircraft' and IATA (International Air Transport Association), are dangerous goods in liquid/solid/gas form that can endanger health, safety regarding life and property, as well as aviation safety and security, consisting of:

  • Objects containing gas.
  • Corrosive objects.
  • Oxidizing objects.
  • Flammable goods.
  • Explosive goods.
  • Goods containing bacteria or viruses.
  • Goods containing radioactive materials.
  • Toxic and infectious goods.
  • Flammable solid materials or goods.
  • Other dangerous materials or substances, such as magnetic goods that can affect aircraft compasses.
  • 4.8If the Sender sends such goods without Linknau's knowledge, the Sender releases Linknau from all claims for damage, costs that may arise, and demands from any party.
  • 4.9In carrying out shipping, Linknau does not guarantee that the entire process will run smoothly and properly, due to events arising beyond Linknau's capacity or ability in the areas traversed by expedition transport or losses caused by natural disasters (Force Majeure).
  • 4.10Linknau is not responsible for consequential losses arising from events, namely losses including and without limitation to commercial, financial, or other losses including losses in transport or delivery caused by matters beyond Linknau's control.
  • 4.11Linknau is only responsible for the process of shipping the Sender's goods to the Recipient package until delivered status with Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • 4.12If a dispute occurs between the Sender and Recipient when the package has been declared delivered, Linknau leaves it to the parties to resolve the dispute with the concerned parties, namely the Sender and Recipient.
  • 4.13If the sender requests additional packaging (packing), additional costs will be billed to [xxxxx]
  • 4.14Linknau reserves the right to withhold packages if there is a weight discrepancy or address discrepancy causing a price difference, until the sender pays the shipping cost shortage.

5. INSURANCE

5.1Insurance is a form of liability for package damage or loss. The Sender is responsible for protecting the package with insurance and bearing the applicable premium costs.
5.2The insurance costs for each expedition are as follows:
  • ID Express: Insurance fee of 0.2% of the goods value
  • Anteraja
  • J&T Express
  • J&T Cargo
  • Tiki
  • Paxel
  • NCS: Insurance fee of 0.25% of the goods value
  • Sicepat
  • JNE: Insurance fee of 0.2% of the goods value + Rp.5000
  • SAP Express: Insurance fee of 0.3% of the goods value
  • Ninja Express: Insurance fee of 0.2775% of the goods value (minimum insurance fee Rp.2775)
  • Sentral Cargo: Insurance fee of 0.2% of the goods value (minimum insurance fee Rp.5000)
  • OExpress: Insurance fee of [xxxx] of the goods value
5.3Linknau will assist with the insurance claim process according to the applicable terms and conditions. The Sender must insure their goods if the value of the package to be sent exceeds Rp.500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).

6. GOODS REPLACEMENT VALUE

6.1Compensation for insured goods is in accordance with applicable insurance provisions at Linknau. Insurance costs are optional and charged to the sender.
  • 6.2The compensation value for loss or damage to insured goods is the value of the shipped goods. However, for uninsured goods, the compensation given is a maximum of 10x (ten times) the shipping cost or the value of goods taken from the lowest goods value, and the maximum replacement value is Rp 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
  • 6.3Every loss and damage to goods shipment will be made a minutes of loss/damage agreed and signed by Linknau Logistics Partner and Recipient at the time of goods handover.
  • 6.4If there is a transaction using or not using insurance, if goods are lost or damaged during the shipping process, it will be the responsibility of the Linknau Logistics Partner.

J&T Express

The replacement value of goods protected by insurance will be calculated with a maximum amount covered by insurance of Rp 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah). Specifically for document delivery, if insured, the replacement value is a maximum of Rp 2,000,000 (two million rupiah). Specifically for non-insurance, the replacement value will be calculated with a maximum amount covered of 10x (ten times) the shipping cost or goods value with a maximum replacement value of Rp 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) whichever is lower. Specifically for document delivery, if not insured, the replacement value is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah).

JNE Express

All valuable documents and insured packages, in case of loss, will be fully compensated at the value of the goods or the coverage value of the document or goods. For insured goods in case of damage with a damage percentage experienced by the Recipient greater than 70%, the goods will be withdrawn by JNE for insurance evidence and JNE will replace with new goods or in cash. For non-insurance, the replacement value will be calculated with a maximum amount covered from 0 to a maximum of 10x (ten times) the shipping cost.

ID Express

Amounting to the Value of Goods sent, with the provision that the maximum value of Goods that can be insured is Rp 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah). For non-insurance goods, the replacement value will be calculated with a maximum amount covered of 10x (ten times) the shipping cost or goods value with a maximum replacement value of Rp 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) whichever is lower. Specifically for document delivery, if not insured, the replacement value is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah).

SAP Express

Goods that can be covered by insurance are valued over Rp 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) and/or a maximum of Rp 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah). For non-insurance goods, the replacement value for damaged or lost Goods not insured is a maximum of 10x (ten) times the shipping cost or the value of goods with a maximum of Rp 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), whichever is lower (lost/damaged/short).

NCS

In the event Goods are insured, the replacement/compensation or damages paid is in accordance with the replacement value from insurance. Then for non-insurance goods, the replacement value for damaged or lost Goods not insured is a maximum of 10x (ten) times the shipping cost or the value of goods with a maximum of Rp 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), whichever is lower.

Sicepat

Total loss: Products will be compensated according to the value of the insured Product; Partial loss: compensation will only be made for lost Products and not the whole; For damaged insured Products, Product Replacement is according to the value of the insured Product. Then for non-insurance transactions for SiUntung and Best Services, for any loss or damage to Products not insured caused by SiCepat's negligence or error, the compensation amount given by SiCepat is Rp 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) for the first 1 kg. Applies up to a maximum of 5 kg or maximum Rp 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand Rupiah) per AirWay Bill. For Same Day Service (SDS) and Kargo Kilat (GOKIL), for any loss or damage to Products not insured caused by SiCepat's negligence or error, the compensation amount given by SiCepat is Rp 200,000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah) per kg, maximum 5 kg or Rp 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah).

AnterAja

Maximum replacement according to the Package value entered in the system by the Sender with a maximum replacement of Rp 100,000,000/Receipt. Then for non-insurance transactions, the replacement value given is the value of the Package stated by the Sender or 10 times the delivery cost, whichever is lower, with a maximum replacement of Rp 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) per Receipt for Packages other than documents and Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) per Receipt for Packages in the form of documents.

7. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

  • 7.1Shipping insurance claims must attach or send evidence in the form of photos or unboxing videos before the goods are opened stating that the goods were damaged or lost during the shipping process.
  • 7.2The insurance claim process also requires filling out an insurance claim form which will be provided by Linknau or Linknau Logistics Partner. Senders must insure packages if the value of products sent exceeds Rp 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
  • 7.3Linknau provides confirmation to the Sender regarding the submitted claim maximum D+7 according to the agreement.
  • 7.4Members submit claims to Linknau maximum 3 (three) calendar days after the package status is declared lost.
  • 7.5Fragile packages must be given a Fragile label for damaged goods claim process. If the package is not accompanied by a Fragile label when the package is in the shipping process, Linknau cannot follow up on the claim process.
  • 7.6The sender completes the 'Lost Goods Form' from Linknau including evidence of unboxing video or video when the package is opened and also the goods receipt.
  • 7.7Linknau will perform a validation process so that the claim process can subsequently be paid according to the agreement.
  • 7.8Claims will be paid maximum D+14 working days since the claim process is approved.

8. OTHER PROVISIONS

  • 8.1Linknau is expressly committed to protecting the personal information of Linknau Account owners. Linknau Account owners acknowledge and agree that the collection, use, and disclosure of information by Linknau from this personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • 8.2Terms of service may be changed or updated from time to time without prior notice. Linknau suggests Linknau Account owners to always read carefully and check these terms of service from time to time to know of changes. By continuing to access Linknau, Linknau Account owners are deemed to agree to changes in the terms of service.
